       于诗卉女士凭借其深厚的行业经验和卓越的专业能力，为企业提供全面的保险咨询与风险管理服务。她拥有香港中文大学商学院信息与技术管理硕士学位，并活跃于多个行业协会，担任重要职务，包括上海市香港商会理事、英美华人企业协会会员等，展现出广泛的行业影响力和跨领域资源整合能力。

       在职业生涯中，于诗卉女士曾任职于中信证券机构销售部，并现担任中国再保险集团-中国大地财产保险公司的渠道大项目经理，专注于国央企、上市公司及中小企业的对公保险项目。其专业领域涵盖建筑工程责任险、财产险、信用险、董监高责任险、货物运输险、知识产权及网络安全责任险，以及国际高端医疗险等，为企业提供全方位的保障解决方案。凭借多年深耕金融保险行业的积累，她不仅熟悉市场动态，还能精准匹配客户需求，提供专业且高效的定制化保险服务。

       Ms. Belle Yu, with her extensive industry experience and outstanding professional expertise, provides comprehensive insurance consulting and risk management services for businesses. She holds a Master’s degree in Information and Technology Management from the CUHK Business School and is actively engaged in various industry associations, serving in key positions such as Director of the Shanghai Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and Member of the British and American Chinese Enterprise Association. Her involvement showcases her broad industry influence and cross-sector resource integration capabilities.

       Throughout her career, Ms. Yu has worked in institutional sales at CITIC Securities and currently serves as a Channel and Major Projects Manager at China Reinsurance Group – China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company. She specializes in corporate insurance solutions for state-owned enterprises, publicly listed companies, and small to medium-sized businesses. Her expertise covers a wide range of insurance products, including construction liability insurance, property insurance, credit insurance, directors and officers liability insurance, cargo transportation insurance, intellectual property and cybersecurity liability insurance, as well as international high-end medical insurance. With years of experience in the financial and insurance sectors, she is well-versed in market dynamics and adept at tailoring precise, high-efficiency insurance solutions to meet clients' needs.
